Frequent questions

Here are some of the most common questions about renting storage rooms. If your question does not appear in the list, do not hesitate to contact us.

Who will have access to my storage room?

Only you and the people you authorise. You can leave the key or access code to your storage room with a family member or employee, or with us if you need one of our goods and/or parcel collection services.

What happens if things don't fit when I get to my storage room?

No problem! Once you arrive, you can always choose another storage room that is more suitable for the contents you have to deposit.

Can it be resized?

Once you have rented your storage room, you can extend or reduce the size as and when you need it. Just let our staff know or contact us to initiate the change of contract.

Do you have a cleaning service?

Every day our cleaning staff ensures that the facilities are in perfect condition, clean and disinfected.

What documentation do I need to contract?

You only need to bring us your DNI or NIE, account number and a list of the people authorised to enter your storage room. If you are a company, we also need your tax details so that we can issue your invoices.

How long in advance do I have to give notice to leave my storage room?

You have to give us 30 days’ notice to leave the storage room if your contract is for an unlimited period. If you have a move-out date, there is no minimum period.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we will charge you the equivalent of one month’s storage rent excluding VAT, which will be refunded to you when you leave the centre, provided everything is in perfect condition.

Are the contents of the storage room insured?

Yes, all our contracts include free basic contents insurance, but you can also extend your insurance at a small additional cost per month.
